Really like the style. Do you intend to add a single attack animation to all of these CRPG characters? Or are these supposed to be just the encounter sprites?
No, these are for CRPGs and classic roguelikes; they typically have no animations or very little.

Yea, I thought that it would be funny to open a door in a dungeon and just have a shirtless dude jump out with his dukes up.
