A downloadable game
To make a long story even longer...
I began working on this demo about a year ago and never developed it fully so I thought I'd release the work in progress; I do plan to develop this further in the coming weeks. I didn't realize that this game was in a semi-enjoyable (but unfinished state).

Controls:
WASD - Directional
CTRL - Throw pike
Left Arrow Key - Use subweapon
Up Arrow Key - Backflip and Pike Throw
Down Arrow Key - Kicks :3
E - Interact (you will receive an on-screen prompt when in range)
Testing Controls:
F1 Toggles testing mode which displays information about the game and entity states (mostly useless for non-dev purposes, but it does allow cheating in some circumstances)
F7 Restarts the current map (mostly obsolete and may result in weird behavior currently)
F9 Restarts the entire game (this option is mostly safe)
ESC Exits the game
DEL A killswitch for the player
Currently there are a few power-ups and upgrades in the game: you can increase the power of the pike, its penetration (blow-through), and fire rate.
There are three subweapons available to find: the Storm Axe, Alchemist's Fire, and a dagger.
The drop rates are abysmal I know; I will correct these issues in future updates.
Note: Most of the game is empty; there is a (mostly) complete dungeon, with a few dead ends and empty passage ways, some secrets, and even a mini boss, which is located in the first mausoleum; head to the right from the entry screen and enter the first mausoleum door you come across. The rest of the mausoleums are not linked to any playable levels at this time.
